The time has come, dear friends! The aesthetes from our design
department have devised the first spin-off product, which
unquestionably belongs to the Neander and can almost achieve her
exclusivity. The ultimate man’s sunglasses made of real acetate, hand
sawn and polished, with the Neander Logo embedded in the frame.

With our gift for unerringly providing names, they always respond when you
call “Onassis”. Glass of only the best quality, darkened on the
outside but amazingly transparent to look through; that’s how we want
it to be. Two hundred have been manufactured, which matches the number
of jet helmets coming to the store soon.

We tested a variety of frames for eight weeks in every conceivable
circumstance. Tim K., our Lead Installer, even slept through Easter with
them (at least, that´s what his prototype now looks like). When it comes to
questions of comfort, how they sit, value and appearance, the Onassis
exceeds all others by a wide margin and was unanimously declared the
winner. Testing them for road-worthiness was a real pleasure. Even at
80 km/h on the highway, you could cruise without closing the visor;
these really are the ideal motorcycle glasses for rascals and super
heroes, which Neander drivers are…sometimes.
